Selectorized Cable Machines

Selectorized cable machines are built around a single stack of weight plates that are connected to the moving parts by a cable, each weight plate has a selection hole through which the user inserts a pin that holds that plate and any above it in the stack. This allows for very quick and easy weight selection. They’re ideal for commercial gyms and are popular amongst users who are new to weight training. You’ll see cable machines in almost every modern gym facility.
